My classes and one to one sessions feature a combination of nerve flossing, PNF stretching, dynamic stretching, active holds and novel movement patterns designed to help you to achieve maximum mobility and flexibility development. I combine these with breathwork drills to queue the central nervous system to fully relax and achieve your fullest potential, helping you to feel your best both mentally and physically.
Neurology drills, relaxation and self hypnosis have unlocked huge flexibility gains for me personally. I finally feel like I have found the missing pieces of the puzzle and I’m excited to be able to share what I have learnt in my many years of experience and I am excited to share these and to help people on their flexibility journeys.
I am available for bespoke one to one, family and small group sessions in any aspects of flexibility, yoga and wellness.

Another useful way to develop your flexibility is with assisted stretching, I incorporate elements of this into classes and one to ones and also offer dedicated stretch therapy sessions.
