Pregnancy Yoga
Our gentle pregnancy yoga classes will help you to find greater comfort and ease in your changing body whilst building the strength, confidence and trust you need in your body to help bring your baby safely and calmly into the world.
Suitable from 12 weeks, these flowing classes are carefully designed to relieve any tension or unease in your changing body whilst helping you to build the strength, flexibility and endurance needed for childbirth. Classes begin with gentle breathing practices to help to calm your nervous system and prepare your body and your mind for the day of your baby’s birth.
We combine pelvic floor exercises with mindful movements and breathwork to help to shorten the stages of labour and to help with your postpartum recovery. Classes end with a guided relaxation to help you to release any anxiety you may be experiencing as part of your pregnancy journey and to prepare you emotionally for birth.
These classes are suitable for all, no previous yoga experience is needed. They also provide a fun and friendly environment for you to connect with other like-minded mums to be.

Our gentle soothing baby yoga classes focus on taking time for you to reconnect and reclaim your body by enjoying a series of mindful movements designed to strengthen and bring comfort to your hard working post partum body. Classes include songs and sensory elements to aid babies development.
Classes are suitable once you have been cleared by your doctor to return to physical activity and up until baby is on the move.
Suitable for children aged 1-4yrs, these playful sessions will introduce your little one to Yoga in a fun and accessible way. Using toys, games, nursery rhymes and stories to help to develop your childs balance, posture, flexibility, coordination and motor skills. Children will begin to learn to recognise and honour their emotions and develop coping strategies to help them to find a sense of calm and mindfulness.
Suitable for children aged 4-9yrs, these playful sessions feature kids story time yoga adventures. We begin to explore simple and fun breathwork and grounding techniques to help children to learn to recognise and honour their emotions.
Suitable for ages 9-14yrs, these sessions help to support young adults through a challenging transitional period in their lives. Through a series of mindful movements they are introduced to traditional yoga asana's and philosophies in a fun and accessible way.
